When you join a Web conference as the leader (or delegate) for a conference, the Leader console opens. If you are a participant in the conference, the Participant view opens. The two screens are very similar, however, the Leader has functions that the Participant does not.
The Leader Console menu includes these topics across the top:
Meeting: You can Invite Participants, View Participant Approval, access Preferences, Polling, Lock Meeting, Clear Chat History, File Transfer, Document Manager, End or Exit Meeting.
Share: You can share the Application, Desktop, or Region during a conference.
Video: You can Start or Stop broadcasting Video.
Audio: You can Start or Stop Audio through PC.
Recorder: You can Start, Stop, Open, Play or Export Recording.
View: You can control the various views or windows involved in the conference. These windows include:
Participants
Chat
Video
Recorder
Dock Windows
Restore Last Layout
Restore Default Layout
Help: You can access to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing User Help (this file), display the version of MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client you are running and save logs into a zip file.
NOTE: There are different options for the View menu if Advanced Sharing is active. Share, Video and Recorder menu items also have the Preferences settings.
Each window (pane) on the Leader console can be docked and undocked from the main console window.
Like the Participant console, the Leader console includes the Meeting Center tab, which contains information such as leader and participant URLs and handy meeting functions.
