Document Manager

The Document option in the Meeting menu provides an interface to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server to transfer folders or files between your computer and the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server. This enables both the leader and participants to share documents while in the Web conference.

When you launch Document Manager, the participants' console view of the Document Manager shows their computer and the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server. All participants in the conference have access to the files after you transfer them to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server.

To use Document Manager to transfer files:

Select Document Manager from the Meeting menu.
If you want to share a file with the rest of the meeting participants, browse your computer to locate the file. The path will appear in the Select a file box. Then click the second Click HERE button to upload the document to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server where other participants can access it.
If you want to see the documents that other are sharing in the meeting, click on the first Click Here link. The documents are listed and you can double click on each one to open and view it.
To delete a file once the conference has finished with it, click the check box next to the file and click Delete Checked.
