View Participant Approval

 NOTE: The View Participant Approval dialog will be only be visible if the Personal ID option Conference access requires approval is selected. See Call Features under schedule a conference. As an alternative, the leader can approve each user via the e-mail requesting approval process.

The View Participant Approval option is accessible from the Leader Console under the Meeting menu. It is also available under the Approval tab (see MiCollab End User Portal My Conferences Tab).

This option is used to approve awaiting users access to the audio or web portions of the conference. This dialog contains two lists:

  1. Requested: provides a list of non-registered users waiting to be approved into the conference.
    To approve users

  2. Approved: provides a list of Approved users to access the conference.
    To remove users from the approved list

Once the registration request is approved, an e-mail is automatically sent to the participant indicating Approval Granted.
