Join Page

When you click the link in the calendar or e-mail invitation, the Join page appears. If you are joining a conference via the Launcher feature, see Launcher.

Join
- Type your Display Name.
- If the conference is password protected, type the password provided by the conference leader to access the conference.
- If the conference requires a Personal ID, type your Personal ID to access the conference.
- Click Join . . . via Web to join the session using your web browser
  or
  Click Join . . . via Windows Client to join using the MiCollab AWV Windows application.
- If the Join button is not functioning properly, you should run the Verify Client program by clicking Additional Options.
NOTE: First time joining a conference may require additional steps and the installation of the Collaboration Client.

Click Share to lead or present from your desktop.
Change your Display Language.
Additional Options
- View Profile: To view or modify your Display Name or Phone Number you will need to enter your Personal ID and Email, click Update to save.
- Verify Client will test the web conference access.
- Add this conference to your calendar: iCalendar or Google.

NOTE: If prompted, you must install the Collaboration Client to join the Web conference. If there are issues with installing the client (for example, you are not able to run the appropriate Active X or Sun Java component OR you are running on a non-Windows based browser), you can join the conference using the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Web Client but only as a participant. If you are unable to run either client, contact your MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Administrator.
