Verify Client

The Verify Client function checks the connection to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server through your Web browser. After you connect to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server, a check is performed to verify the necessary MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client components are installed on your computer. If the necessary components are not installed on your computer, you are prompted to install them. If you are unable to install them, you can use the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Web Client.

Click the Verify Client link in the Web conference Join Page or click Additional Options from the Welcome page.

After the test is complete, the results appear on your screen.

- If the test was successful,a Success message that indicates the connection to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server was established.
- If the test is not successful, a dialog box appears that indicates the connection to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server did not complete. At this point, you can choose to install the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Desktop Client OR join the conference using the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Web Client.
