About the Web Client

The MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Web Client enables you to join conferences as a leader or participant without installing the Collaboration Client (Desktop Client) onto your computer or tablet. You can access the Web Client through a number of supported browsers.

NOTE: Although you can access the Web Client from any of the supported browsers, sharing is only supported from Chrome.

NOTE: Make sure that you allow pop-ups in your browser settings.

Once your browser has connected to the conference, the Web Client screen is displayed with a list of participants and functions.
The main conference pane is displayed on the right. Note that a subset of the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Desktop client features is available on the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Web Client.

Main window:

Conference Participants: Also shows the number of conference participants.
Chat: Also shows the number of chat conversations containing unread messages (Chat not supported on Android Tablets).
Options
- Show options for all participants
- Show details for all participants
- Sort participants by name
- Sort participants by join order
Meeting Details
- Displays the meeting name, your Personal ID, date/time as well as meeting duration are displayed.
- Dial-in numbers, access codes and web access URL are also shown.

Across the top of the screen:

Share: shares application or desktop.
People (toggle switch): Shows / hides the participants view.
Audio: Play/Stop audio in Listen-only mode (1-way audio), Mute and Un-Mute audio.

NOTE: The volume is controlled by your computer volume setting (there is no volume setting on the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing web client).

Viewer: pull-down options to adjust screen for best viewing (25% to 200% in 25 increments), default Best Fit.
Information: Click to display Meeting Details.
