To give remote control of a conference to a participant:
While a participant has control of your desktop, that participant can use his or her mouse and keyboard as if he or she were at your computer. However, the participant's console controls do not change.

NOTE: When you give more than one participant remote control, it can cause a conflict when one person moves the mouse while the other person types at the same time.
NOTE: Display Layered Windows:
In a Web conference, the Screen Sharing window only sends information from the first layer. If an application uses layered windows, attendees would not see information on other layers in the Screen Sharing window. This feature allows attendees to see information on all layers. If you select this feature, it can impact performance of the Web conference.
