Documents Tab

After the conference is scheduled, you can upload documents to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server and share them with participants. From My Conferences, click the conference name, and then click the Documents tab. A link to the conference documents is included in the e-mail invitation sent to participants.

To upload a document to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server:

After you save documents to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server, click the link to see a list of the documents. From the list, you can open a document or delete it. If you publish the conference, the documents are available on the Published Documents page.

If your conference includes a Web portion, you can use Document Manager to share documents and also save them to the Published Area.
