The Published Area page allows anyone to access conferences, documents, and recordings placed in this location. You do not have to log in or have an MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing account to access the Published Area page. If you have an MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing account, you can access the Published Area page from your Home page.
Caution: Password protection is strongly recommended for all published conferences. If a password is not set, the conference and any documents or recording associated with the conference are vulnerable to unauthorized access.
NOTE: Only the conference owner or their delegate can remove a conference from the Published Area page.
When you create a conference, you have the option to publish it. You can publish a conference if you want to allow anyone access to the conference.
To view a conference in the published conferences area:
You can edit the conference details and set the option for an expired conference that was not originally published. This allows participants to access the associated documents and recordings of past conferences.
To publish an expired conference:
Documents associated with a published conference are shared to the Published Area, where they can be viewed and downloaded.
Recordings associated with a published conference are shared to the Published Area. You can playback and view published recordings from the Published Area.
