When you join a conference, open the Launcher window, or change your identity settings, the application will check whether a newer client version is needed. If a newer client version is needed, a window will be displayed prompting you to begin an upgrade.
If you have both MiCollab Client and MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing installed on your PC, you may also be notified through MiCollab Client if you need to install a newer MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing client version.
Select Upgrade Now: this will initiate the upgrade and allow you to join the conference once the upgrade is completed.
Click Run and select Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above to disable this prompt on subsequent update.
Select Cancel: this will cancel the upgrade and you will not be allowed to join the conference.
Click Run and select Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above to disable this prompt on subsequent update.
NOTE:
If an upgrade is required when invoking Verify
Client, the system will automatically upgrade your client without
further prompting or input from you.
If you encounter an issue upgrading MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing
client, select Run as administrator
to upgrade the client.
