After you create a conference, the Access Information panel is available from My Conferences Tab page (select a conference). The Access Information allows you to send invitations for the conference. See Invitation Settings to change the format or customize your invitation.
Consider this when you send invitations:
If the Leader Required option was set when the conference was created, a leader access code must be entered before the audio portion of the conference can start.
Multiple leaders are allowed in an audio conference when this option is set by the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing administrator.
NOTE: Information specific to Outlook users:
If you installed the Microsoft® Outlook® Form Template, you can schedule a conference from your Outlook calendar.
