When the Port Reservations option is set by the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing administrator, it allows you to reserve MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing ports when you create a conference. The Port Reservations feature can also be set by the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing administrator that will allow you to continue to schedule a conference, even though there are insufficient ports for the conference.
NOTE: If there are insufficient ports, some participants will not be able to join the conference.
