The Set Start Time dialog box allows you to reschedule conferences based on port availability for specified dates and times.
The Set Start Time dialog box provides information about available ports in a table format. The table includes the following information:
Date: Provides the date specified by the user in the conference form Start Date field. The right and left arrows provide access to earlier (left) and later (right) dates.
Time: Includes the time specified by the user in the conference form Start Time field (indicated by a red border) and several other adjacent time slots. Each hour is broken up into four 15-minute increments. The up and down arrows provide access to earlier (up) and later (down) times for that date.
Number of ports: Indicates the number of ports available for each time slot.
Dark gray area: Indicates that the time slot has already occurred.
White area: Indicates that the time is available based on the number of required and available ports.
Light gray area: Indicates that the time is not available because the number of ports required for the conference exceed the number of available ports.
To select a new start time, the click a port availability number from the white area of the table, the Set Start Time window closes, and the conference Start Time is updated accordingly.
