As a Participant, if you click on the Join button to join a web conference and the system detects a problem, you will see an error screen with the Why am I seeing this page? link across the bottom, as shown in the example below.
This screen (and others like it) indicates that the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client failed to launch. To troubleshoot this problem more fully, click the Why am I seeing this page? link at the bottom of the screen.
You will then see a screen indicating that the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client failed to launch either because the Active X or Java application required to run the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client was not able to run. Alternatively, your system may be running an out of date version of the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client. Use this information to troubleshoot the issue. Remember that you can also use the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Web Client to join a conference as a participant if you are unable to install the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client for some reason.
