Scheduled Conferences Off by One Hour

Recurring conferences are off by one hour, which results in participants that are not able to join the conference at the scheduled time. This issue applies to MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing users (leaders or participants) located in areas that do not adjust to Daylight Savings Time (DST. This is not an issue caused by MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing. It may be necessary for the conference leader to adjust the scheduled start time, or a participant to change their calendar for the affected conference.

If you are the leader and need to change the start time, reschedule the conference after DST starts (or ends). Send an e-mail invitation with the new start time.
