Conference Issues at Remote User Locations

If you access the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server remotely (outside the company firewall), you could experience delays that may result from bandwidth or network issues at your location. At least 256kbs of bandwidth must be available for you to use all the features of MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing. This bandwidth amount includes what is needed to connect to MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing with an IP phone from your remote location.

For these types of issues, make sure you have the required bandwidth, and then isolate any network issues you may have with your local ISP provider. Ports 443 and 80 must be open when you connect to MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing remotely. If the problem persists, contact your local network administrator.
