Reports

The Reports tab allows you to generate Conference Details reports. Use the form to create a report, and then view it in your Web browser or download it to your computer as a comma separated value (.csv) file.

NOTE: The time information in reports is set to the local time zone where the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server is located, not the location of the computer where the reports are generated.

To create a Conference Details report:

From the Reports tab, set a date range for your report. Options include:
- Today
- Specific Range
- Yesterday
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Quarter
- Last Quarter.

(Optional) To limit your report:

- Type the department name to refine your report.
- Type the project name to refine your report.

Set how you want to sort the report. Options include:

- Conference Date
- Conference Name
- Department
- Project

Select a format for the report. Options include:

- Download to file of comma-separated values: If you select this format, a .csv file is generated and the File Download dialog box opens. You can then open the document or save it to a location on your computer.
- Show on new browser page: If you use this format, a new Web browser window opens to show a list of conferences that match your report criteria.

Click OK. A conference report that matches the criteria you specified is created.
