Create an Instant Conference

The Instant Conference panel on the Home tab allows you to quickly create an unscheduled, single session conference.

From the Instant Conference panel, select the Conference Type.

- Audio and Web
- Audio Only
- Web Only

Type your current phone number or extension (not required for Web Only conferences).
Type the phone number or extension of the person you want to call (not required for Web Only conferences).
If required, type the number of people (including yourself) in the conference.
If required, select a department code from the list.
If required, select a project code from the list.
Click Start Conference.

For an audio conference, wait for your phone to ring, and then answer it. The instant conference starts when the participant you called answers his or her phone. If your instant conference includes Web conferencing, the Leader console launches after you click Start Conference.
